2010年初 在东莞市下桥工业园成立“东莞市海莎过滤器有限公司”
Set up “Dongguan Helsha Filter Co., Ltd.” in Xiaqiao industrial park in early 2010.
2010年12月  通过ISO9001：2008质量体系认证。
Got an certificate of quality system of ISO9001：2008 in December, 2010.
2010年12月  被认定为“东莞市民营科技企业”
Be awarded “Dongguan Private Technology Enterprise” in December, 2010.
2011年5月  工厂通过TS16949审核，于7月取得认证证书；
Passed TS16949 audit in May, 2011 and got the certificate in July.
2011年6月  国内首台空调综合检测台在海莎检测实验室开始运作；
The first domestic air conditioning comprehensive test bench started running in Helsha laboratory in June, 2011.
2012年6月  工厂通过ISO14001审核，于7月取得认证证书
Passed ISO14001 audit in June, 2012 and got the certificate in July.
2012年8月  被广东省科技厅认定为“广东省民营科技企业”
Be awarded “Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise” by Guangdong Science and Technology Department in August, 2012.
2013年10月  空清事业部成立。
Launched air purifier division in October, 2013.
2014年3月   空清事业部新工厂正式启用
